379_vintage hi! I hate to ask but would you be able to tell me if this holds at least 10 oz? I'm so sorry, I also have mugs posted and just realized, while searching myself for a mug that I should probably add how many oz they hold lol. I broke my favorite mug and now I need to find a special mug to replace it lol

379_vintage @klroach5 okay, no worries! I've done that myself although it was quite some time ago soni don't recall how we worked it out. will Poshmark send me a label to print to return it so you can get the item to your other buyer or have they given you other instructions?

379_vintage @klroach5 don't worry, it's a fairly simple process and no added cost to anyone, Poshmark has had to do this many times, it's a common human error for multiple orders. 💕

379_vintage so I looked it up, you will need to open a case with Poshmark and then Poshmark will send each of us a new label to ship the items to each other. you won't have to do anything and it's a very simple process, once I receive it, I will just need to take it into the post office and they will scan the new label for me, print it out and it will be on its way. 379_vintage @klroach5 buyer may not realize she can just take it to the post office and have them print the label for her by her showing them the barcode to make it easy for her as well so you might want to mention that to her in case she doesn't know but I think Poshmark will probably notify each of us and explain all that anyway. don't stress, this happens so often in Poshmark world lol.
