Colin Stuart ladies boots

Ladies Colin Stuart mid calf buckle boot with wrap around tie. All man made material made in China. I have worn these a couple of times but still in great condition. The buckles are functional. You could remove the bottom buckle & tie if you chose to. These are really cute boots
