Returns are not accepted because you “don’t like” the material. It’s a raffia tote, as listed. There was high interest, and now it’s no longer new because it’s been opened. I’m sorry it didn’t meet your expectations, but you wanted this bag, so this isn’t my fault as a seller. I don’t accept returns due to a change of mind. Thank you.
