NWOT Rue21 off shoulder red blouse long sleeve size small with ruffles on the sleeves, new without tag, even though the blouse is new it came with a tiny hole, you can hardly tell it's really small, It's really almost unnoticeable, I had to use my phone to see the hole (see photo) see measurements and materials in photos.
