This is a beautiful gently worn (on one vacation for photos) dress from SHEIN. It’s bright white with navy blue feathers/leaves (your interpretation). It’s a 1X but fits more like a L. It’s a faux wrap…aka it’s attached to one side and ties at side. It’s lined in bottom half. No signs of wear except wrinkles.
