megankidder @metzger22 the back of the skirt does have an elastic band, but it does not go all the way around the top of the skirt

megankidder @metzger22 laying flat measurement is 13 inches (just added a picture) and fully stretched it went to a little beyond 14 inches. The skirt is fully lined so I would say the bottom won’t have more give than that.
