I never used this bag and ordered it straight from Coach, it came with the mark mentioned and anything else would be from storage and not from use. I personally did not find any other blemishes. Approximately 6 3/4” drop on the handle with a detachable 22” adjustable strap. Strap is still wrapped in original packaging. Magnetic closure with inside middle zipper compartment.
