Gorgeous VGUC steel lace belt w patterned fabric

Gorgeous black belt with steel lace on the edges, and a fabric on top with multiple patterns in black, white, pink, orange, yellow, green, and blue. Tip to tip it's 37", but the belt says to wear it would be 32. The tip that goes through the buckle has some wear, as does the buckle itself. But overall Very Good Used Condition!
