Brand-new, never used! I bought it and it doesn’t work with anything I own. New with tags! I’ve never unwrapped the handle or zipper protection. It also still has the original tissue stuffing it arrived with. Ordered directly from Coach website. Tags shown - they were placed in the inside pocket, never attached to bag.
