The slots for your check book and note book are tight so nothing will fall out. Very clean. We did freshly condition the canvas and clean it not that it rant needed it so you won't need to do anything before you use it. The edges look good with minimal wear. Please look at the edge photos I showed any fails I could find. There is a little patch of color loss near the corner where the date code is. on the underside. Not seen but it is there.
