Noelle medallion necklace, silver color w crystals

This is a new with tags Noelle brand silver colored medallion necklace. Features a whole bunch of crystals in the middle that catch the light, my pictures just do not do it justice at all. It almost looks like a Brighton piece. Measures about 1.5 inches across, the chain is 16 inches and 4 inches of extender. News with tags, never worn.
