Brand new with tags, this is a nine W. brand top that has a one shoulder design, and the sleeve that is there has elastic at the bottom so it stays nicely on your arm. The waist has a beautiful tie that you can tie in front or at the side, whatever you prefer. This is a fully lined top Until the waist, the bottom part below the waist is not lined, neither is the sleeve. This is a size medium and true to size, please see photos for measurements. The last picture is a flash picture and shows the color is the best. It is a pretty true white and the blue is almost a purpleish blue. Very beautiful colors and design.
