@mamaposhy I would suggest measuring. It is too small for me. I’m a 28 at natural waist and 40 at widest hip. So depending on where waist of pants hit, I’m typically around a 30. I don’t have anyone smaller waisted than me to measure it on, but I would look at the sizing chart pictured and measure where you think the belt would hit on you. I will say, this belt is so soft and great quality. Actively looking for one on my size!
