Speechless yellow jeweled off shoulder mini dress size small

missing the size tag so I put it down as a size small. please see measurements for fitting. has sheer over layers . solid under layer. Light weight I am not to sure if this is a mini dress or tunic or just a long shirt but I went with mini dress . yellow in color has jewels on the shoulder and had all of its jewels off shoulder / one shoulder flowy sheer bright feminine made of 100% polyester formal prom dance event statement speechless size small pit to pit measurement is 15 inches height from top of shoulder to bottom is 32 inches waist measurment is 18 inches please see pictures for more details on measurements measurements taken by hand
