These North Face hiking pants are definitely Old School. Based on the tag, they are summer, 2009. This shows the quality. They have tons of features; 5 pockets total: 2 front slant pockets, 2 back Velcro pockets and 1 zipper cargo pocket on the right pant. The front has a zipper and 3 buttons, 2 above the zipper and 1 further in the waistline . The buttons on the legs allow you to fold these at 2 extra levels (see photos).
