This is a NEW with tags dress by EXPRESS,size 10. Long sleeve soft merlot colored velvet, with a plunge neckline, back zip, small shoulder padding and pouf top sleeve. Stretch material at waist and down sleeves, which is actually brilliant for avoiding wear on this beautiful velvet. Lined. Color is most like the material detail photo, but allow for some difference.
