90s Vintage Periwinkle Mini Dress Inspired by Piper Halliwell and Kirsten Dunst This dress is very similar to the one Piper Halliwell (Holly Marie Combs) in Charmed, season 1, episode 3, titled, "Thank You For Not Morphing," as well as the one Kirsten Dunst wore to the premiere of the movie Anastasia (1997). I cannot tell if this is the same dress by the same brand in a different color or just a similar looking vintage dress. The one I am selling is a slightly color. Details: - periwinkle (light purple / blue) with metallic silver on the straps and sides - sleeveless - mini length - in excellent vintage condition - size small, has a tiny bit of stretch (refer to below) Approx.
