The Mountain Wildfire wiped out all of the crops on the farm. She had a commercial avocado farm and lost all 2,000 trees. It takes 5 years for a tree to produce fruit. The fire ruined the irrigation system, so even if she tried to plant another item there would be complications with water. Horses and people are safe. None of the 4 houses on the farm or barns burned.
The Palisades fire and current situation in LA has not reached her property at this time. However power has been off, which means no water at this time.

@aspfleegor @tina_croft Heard from Randee this morning and I thought you two would want to see these pics. She lost all trees and crops but firefighters saved house and other building and most important - she and her husband are alive and safe.

This is just so sad 😢 My whole heart goes out to Randee and her family. I was thinking of her when I heard about the evacuations from the fires in Ventura. How heartbreaking.

@delmarvadesigns She is hanging in there by taking care of firemen that are still on property. Houses are fine and have power restored. She pops on Posh as she can. Think it is helping her. Just a horrible situation. I am going to be donated some of my sales of my crochet items to her and/ or neighbor. Have a listing in my closet
