Overall good, preowned condition with some marks, presses, and stretching that is normal for the age and the wearing of leather.
The tag shows a size 4, but as is common with vintage sizing, the item is smaller and fits more like a petite 0 or 2.
Not quite a mini-skirt, but slightly above the knee.
Waist 13 inches. Length 22 inches.
