This pillow was unable to be sold at Costco, along with several others, because the compression bag got a hole. I removed the pillowcase, machine washed it with natural soap and baking soda, then rinsed with white vinegar, then air dried in the sun to sterilize (shown in photos). This is probably better than new. My family kept several of these, and we love them! This one is firm and thick, yet soft and supportive. I do have several other varieties. Only ONE pillow can be shipped per order due to excessive weight. The pillowcase is removable by full zip.
