Torrid NWT Cobalt Blue Chiffon Dress Sz 1 (14/16)

In this picture it looks like it isn't a maxi but I'm short so when I tried it on it was a maxi. It is new with tags but has some deodorant under the pits from where I tried it on. No smoking or pets. Elastic back. Adjustable straps. Pit to pit is 21 inches without factoring in the elastic back.
