luxelles I wasn’t aware posh allows sellers to pay out of pocket for partial returns. $5 isn’t much of a compensation. in the past, I had a stuffed envelope arrive with a huge rip at the bottom, an item had gotten taken out! (Doubt it went through the mail & “fell”. They offered me a lot more than $5!
