It is sheer black with slits all the way up both sides from hem to bra. The bra areas are co red with hearts in pink and red. It has double straps. The body & straps are 100% Polyester. Cups 100% Rayon. PTP 21 Panty is size medium by Jessica Simpson. It is black with lace around the leg openings and the waist/hips. It is 92% Nylon and 8% Spandex NWOT Waist/Hip 13.5 - 17
