@smd1329 since I made an offer I can't do it on my end.So you'd actually have to.you just go to the order and scroll to the bottom where it says problem/order inquires and then cancel and per customer request.

I just googled to find out the answer and apparently since you made an offer and it was not buy it now it can’t be canceled without Poshmark stepping in 🤷♀️….ugh. Not sure what to do here!

@smd1329 I appreciate what you're saying and you're partially correct about the canceling part but they mean I cannot cancel.However only you can cancel it the way I advised you.And poshmark approves it.

@karisander79 there is no option to cancel ‘per customer request’, the cancel options are only if I did something wrong like lost the item or damaged item etc.

@karisander79 sorry, I had to go to work. I totally understand where to look as you described but again the only cancel options are if I did something wrong. There is no customer request option. It even kind of reprimands you when you try to cancel. I tried to screenshot to show you my options but you can’t copy and paste here. Have you tried to reach out to Poshmark?
