This was designed in partner for Monnigs department store in Fort Worth, closed since the 1980's. This vest is in excellent condition. Beautiful leather as well as the cow hide. 4 buttons and 2 pockets. No flaws, no odors, pet free/smoke free home. Measurements are in the photos. Beautiful statement piece.
