Western Suede Cape REBA Fringe Leather Cowgirl

I fell in love with this cape and it's a Dillard's Exclusive. It has a luxurious feel and tons of movement! It is more of a chocolate brown than shown in first picture. It is new with tags but it does have a spot on it - see pic. Don't let this stop you- it is genuine suede leather and certain to attract attention!!
