Forever 21 baby blue knit mini dress size med/large

New with tags I could not find anything wrong with this dress as it is in excellent condition. stretchy material knit spaghetti strap racer back has eyes balls all over it. Light blue / baby blue in color casual summer spring sun dress form fitting looks like a small and could possibly fit like one to. but the tags say medium/ large forever 21 size medium/ large pit to pit measurement is 14 inches across torso is 12 inches height from top of chest to bottom is 28 inches. measurements taken by hand please see pictures for more details
