Vintage green blue striped tee

Vintage green blue striped tee. High boatneck / bateau neckline. Little notches on the sides. If you wear it a little pulled back, it looks like more of a drop shoulder (first photo) but if it’s pulled forward it looks like more of a flutter / gathered sleeve (second photo). Loose relaxed fit. Looks kind of like a sailor / Breton top. Brand is “ French Rose “. Marked size M - I’m typically a medium and it fits perfectly but I think this would have a nice looser fit on a size small or a bit tighter on a size large. 65% polyester, 35% cotton. Overall good condition but when I look closely I do see some signs of wear to the fabric as shown in last photo and third photo.
