Vintage Blue Art Glass Hand Blown Bud Vase with Glass Lattice Strands Inside Signed 1997 5.5”. Three lattice like glass strands held in space near the bottom that have been done through the sides of the piece. It's a really interesting and unique blown glass bud vase. Signed in 1997, looks like Williro, Willims or similar. I've tried researching this signature in vain with no luck. I've found a number of other art glass pieces by this same artist and some of the signatures look like almost they could be Williams but they don't quite make out Williams to me.
