STRAPS WRAP AROUND YOUR ANKLE AND ARE DOUBLED AT THE BUCKLE/CLASP. (REFER TO PHOTO)
They were never open (initially) and were stored. The styrofoam used to keep shoes structured caused light smudge on plastic (that runs across foot under the large rhinestones) however you won’t be able to see this when on your feet. (Refer to photos for details) these were purchased then returned because they assumed shoes were broken however they were unaware of how to buckle/secure the shoes.

@diamond8398 hello there are pics posted of the shoe buckled. There is also a pic showing the strap/clasp. It is NOT broken. The clasp doubles at the buckle. I will post a video on how to buckle the shoe shortly.
