For sale is a used, in very good condition set of three ceramic figures from Department 56's The Original Snow Village collection. This set is named "Marshmallow Roast." It features three separate pieces--one of a young girl roasting a marshmallow on a stick (the stick is slightly bent, so please see the listing's photos); another of two children, one, a girl, roasting two marshmallows on a stick and another of a young boy warming his hands by the campfire; and, lastly, a battery operated campfire that glows. There is some discoloration to the battery box (again, please see listing photos) and a couple small places on the ceramic underside of the fire, but I tested the box and, at the time of photographing the item and listing it here, the batteries and glowing fire still work. I did write my name ("Jennifer's") on the cardboard box (see listing photos), so my family could easily distinguish which figurines belonged to which family member back when they were all stored together. Being that the box is over 20 years old, there are some condition issues (again, see listing's pictures), but none of that affect the figures themselves. The two children measure about 2.38" tall, approximately 2.75" out (from the tip of the stick to the back bump of the log), and almost 3.75" wide. The fire pit is about 1.5" or so tall and almost 2.75" wide, while the battery box is almost 1.25" tall, nearly 2.75" long, and 2.25" across. Smoke-free and pet-free home. Always open to offers!
