ooops, sorry, just went to get the dress
it is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It comes will a cite fabric belt that I didn't have when I took the pictures. I have it with the dress. I paid almost $100 for it but I have an extensive wardrobe so I never wore it. It is well made. It was purchased at Unique Vintage.
