🌈🌈🌈 Pilcro and the letterpress Anthropologie 28 pencil skirt polka dots denim

This is an adorable, pencil skirt with some stretch. 73%, cotton, 25% polyester and 2% spandex. It tapers narrow at the knee. The waist is 16 1/2 inches across the front and stretches to about seven 13 1/2 inches across the front. The length is 20 inches there is a 5 inch slit up the back. It’s dark navy blue with a Brown Velvet polkadots.
