What is the fabric and what is the waist measurement.

@finneganjuice thanks for your interest. Content: 98% cotton, 2% elastane. The dress is unlined, has pockets. The belt is missing. Measurements are: waist approx 15 inches; pit to pit 17.5 inches; length shoulder to hem is 36 inches.
