NWT Banana Republic Striped Fit &Flare Midi Dress in Navy and Off-White Sz 16T

Brand new Banana Republic off the shoulder striped midi dress in size 16T. The dress has 3/4 length sleeves, an invisible back zip and side pockets. I noticed that the zipper gets a bit stiff once it reaches the collar, which is a different type of material. It was purchased from BR online, and is wrinkled from being folded and packed away. My items come from a pet-free and smoke free-home.
