I switched to a full plug in and do not need this e file as I have several portable units already. this has been tested and was purchased brand new originally.

dragermom @wildmiddlewest upon purchasing no. usually professional grade e files do not come in bit kits/bundles. this is not similar to Melody Susie or something you can buy on Amazon. you can only buy these on the actual site/ at a beauty convention geared to beauty professionals.

dragermom @wildmiddlewest yes, the bits are interchangeable. standard 3/32 shank. you can also look for dental burrs too. staleks and pana have some pretty solid bits Erica's ata are my favorite.
