NWT-Puffer (but not too) VEST - (M-L) Plz see measurements!

This "puffy" Vest is Not TOO PUFFY for those of us that are a little FLUFFY!! LOL WESTPORT makes good QUALITY clothing!! I was changing my Summer clothes to Winter, I noticed it STILL had the TAG!! I think it's TIME to SELL! Underarm to underarm laying flat is 19½". (Plz see measurements in photos! All measurements are approximate and as accurate as possible.)
