Dusty but never worn! Purchased this as part of a uniform for a gig I ended up not doing. Clean, new, but dusty from storage. Tag fell off or would otherwise be new with tags. Super warm and cozy! Quilted on the inside, warmest available rating. Lots of pockets and a great hood.
