Charlotte Russe shimmery midnight blue velour dress NWOT

Charlotte Russe shimmery midnight blue velour mini dress with cap sleeves. The fabric is stretchy and has a shimmer to it but NO glitter. The back is low but not so low you can't wear a regular bra with it. The size is XL but a large could wear it too. NWOT have had it for alot of years but never wore it. Excellent condition. pit to pit 19 inches unstretched shoulder to hem 35 inches Perfect for the holidays!
