100% cotton with no stretch. Size 40 Fr, which is about US size 8. The waist is about 29", hips are 42", and the pant length is 30".

@belovedty hey! yes, they are a 29 in the waist. they are wide leg, so can accommodate a slightly thicker thigh, but the waist is about 29". They are French/Euro sizing, so I didn't manual measurement to convert to the US sizing
