New with tags gorgeous 1930s style navy dress by Stop Staring. This rare gem has a black bow at v neckline, back zipper, 3/4 length sleeves and 5 decorative black buttons at the cuffs. Would be so fun to wear this 30s inspired dress to a wedding or special occasion. It's in new with tags condition with no holes or stains. My mannequin doesn’t have the curves to do this form fitting dress justice.
