Creamy, pale taupe polka dots complement this black dress from INC International Concepts. Polka dot fabric is a little sheer and fully lined with black stretchy knit. Popover style - easy on and off, and material is one I’d consider to be great for packing/travel. The polyester knit fabric has good stretch - I think it would be super comfortable to wear dancing all evening!
