The dress would benefit from being dry-cleaned as it’s been in a closet for several years. The hem at the bottom needs repaired, on both the outer and the liner. There is currently no-sew hem tape along the bottom.

is the flaw on the bottom obvious if it's not fixed? i can't really tell what is happening to it since it's so close up. is there any yellowing on the dress from it being in the closet? thanks!

@ats54 There is no yellowing or color issues of any kind. The entire bottom hem is frayed from being cut and not being stitched to create a new hem line. (It was a very rushed solution after seamstress fell through.) There is seam tape alone the bottom to create a hem because the dress was a bit too long for me. The dress can technically be worn as is but will be a frayed bottom. Or it can be trimmed and stitched and would look like a perfectly new dress.
