House of Harlow 1960 mini dress NWT

This dress is beautiful! In excellent new condition. I can find no issues in regards to stains or flaws. The only thing I can see is that per the HOW TO WEAR tag attached, there should be some sort of tie at the neck that is missing. Please see last pic. But as you can see the dress is stunning without it. The dress is fully lined except the sleeves. This has partial tags. the price tag is missing, but the plastic attachment is still there, and the House of Harlow tags are attached. Video shows color and shimmer detail.
