These boots are very pretty minimalist, almost slippers-as-boots. I have used them a few times and can testify they are water resistant. They are a women’s U.S. size 9-9.5/EU 41 to have extra room for the wool socks. My feet are slightly wider than average, and they fit inside. At first I thought the boots were too big, but I realized my smaller foot was the problem, not the larger foot. While I love the boots in theory, I had to place thicker inserts inside to avoid feeling all the rocks.
