These pants are in very good condition and they come from a smoke-free home. The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex. They are size 18W, the inseam measures 26 1/2 inches, the rise is 11 inches, the leg opening is 7 1/2 inches across and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 21 inches across.
