-Details- Vintage 1970's tiger striped bell bottoms. Huge elephant bell with a circumference of 32 inches. Side hook and zipper closure. The fabric has stretch vertically, but not horizontally. There is give to the fabric when stretch horizontally. This fabric has a satiny sheen. This fabric has a satiny sheen and is most likely either polyester or acetate.
