Everything is in good condition, except for the right boot's ceramic, which is broken. You could cover it or find a replacement doll boot that fits. Measuring 26 inches tall, Santa Claus has flexible arms and legs that can be adjusted. It's a really beautiful figure. I used it for a Harry Potter-themed Christmas last year, which reminds me of the wizard. ☺️
