This dress is made by Black Label by Evan Picone. It's a classic sleeveless sheath dress in a beautiful blue color. Size 8 and only worn once, beautiful condition. Size tag removed but based on measurements, it’s a size 8. Smoke free home. Measures 19" from pit to pit. 31 inches from pit to hem line and 39" from back of neck to hem line. This is a well made dress, it is lined, has a hidden 22" zipper in the back with a hook & eye at top of zipper.
