Vintage Wittnauer Gold Tone Dress Watch

Vintage dress watch from Wittnauer. Kassen made in USA. 10k gold filled. Stainless back. Embossed face and band. Single small diamond at top of black face. Band closes by sliding band through clasp and fold clasp over. This is a beautiful, dressy vintage watch. See photos for approximate measurements. Not sure if this is quartz and needs a battery or wind up. It may be battery driven though because I was only purchasing quartz watches at that time.
